How long does a fake page takedown take? +
It depends on the host and platform carrying the page, and we tell you what to expect at the start. Complex cases involving unresponsive hosts or offshore registrars take more work, but we escalate aggressively and keep you updated throughout.
What types of fake pages can you take down? +
We handle phishing sites, fake social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), impersonation accounts, fake mobile apps, scam domains, and counterfeit marketplace listings.
What evidence do I need to provide? +
The link to the fake page, plus something showing the real one is yours: your own account, your site, or your original content. A trademark certificate helps on some platforms but is not required. We guide you through what each one asks for.
What if the fake page comes back after takedown? +
We monitor for re-emergence. If the same actor spins up a new fake page, we file again with the evidence already on file.
Do I pay if the takedown fails? +
On a paid plan, a failed attempt uses none of your quota: only confirmed removals count, and the monthly fee is the same either way. The free plan covers one submission whatever the outcome.
