Can I start a free social media takedown? +
Yes. You can start a free social media takedown request by submitting the fake profile, page, post or ad URL. The free plan lets you send a takedown request without a card; paid plan quota is used only when removal is confirmed. Pro is $50 a month for 10 successful takedowns.
Which social media platforms do you support? +
We handle takedowns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, and other major platforms. If a platform has an abuse reporting mechanism, we can work with it.
How long do social media takedowns take? +
It depends on the platform and the report type. Platforms with established impersonation and IP reporting channels, like Meta and LinkedIn, tend to act more predictably than smaller networks, and we escalate when a report goes quiet. We tell you what to expect at the start.
What proof do I need to provide? +
The link to the fake account or post, plus something showing the real one is you. A link to your own account is usually enough. A trademark helps but is not required: impersonation is actionable whether or not you own one. We tell you what each platform wants.
Can you remove fake profiles of our executives, founders or public figures? +
Yes. Executive and VIP profile impersonation runs through the same impersonation routes as a fake brand account, with proof that the real profile belongs to that person: a link to their real account, and sometimes ID the platform asks for. We file under our name, not theirs, and watch for the next copy after removal.
Can you take down individual posts, not just accounts? +
Yes. We can target individual posts, ads, stories, and reels, not just full accounts. If a single piece of content infringes your brand, we file for its removal specifically.
What about verified fake accounts? +
Verified accounts that impersonate your brand are still eligible for takedown. Verification doesn't grant immunity from IP or impersonation policies. We escalate these through priority channels.
